Out-sourcing of business processes
According to the opinion of numerous experts 2009 year will become the year of out-sourcing in Russia. The financial crisis made companies to be more careful with money and search for highest possible effectiveness of all business processes and not only the main ones. If some time ago consumers of out-sourcing services were mainly small companies which bought IT-support and external audit services then at the present moment basic mass is moving to the medium and big business. "Get everything just in case" method is not effective now.
